We had some minor issues so we decided to work directly with ClickSoftware for the migration, and the experience was much better. Our first implementation was made by a third party implementor. When we have to escalate an issue, we've found a great response in ClickSoftware support. The breadth of functionality and possibilities of the configuration even allowed us to bring the first level support (so we don't need an external implemented to support the solution). Overall, we are very satisfied with the product. On top of that, we have gathered a lot of valuable information with ClickSoftware and we have taken advantage of it and we've implemented some dashboards that allow us to make every kind of tough decisions based on actual information of what is happening on the field. The visibility on our operation has improved dramatically, the optimization and automatic assignment of the services have enabled us to have more control on such a critical operation as Roadside Assistance. We've had great results with the implementation. We just migrated to the newer Field Service Edge Version.

We went live with ClickSoftware V8 (previous version) at the beginning of the last year (2016). We selected ClickSoftware for one of our key operations: Roadside Assistance. Sura is one of the biggest insurance Companies. We continually find new and valuable uses of the platform. The SFS roadmap continues to positively evolve as expected and the multi-tenant solution is maturing with mobile extensibility and asset management.

Salesforce continues to make strategic purchases and investments in areas like Artificial Intelligence. There is a large Salesforce ecosystem of professional service companies to assist an enterprise with its implementation.

The ability to leverage a SaaS cloud model and the ability to start with small targeted implementation by quickly purchasing licenses and grow as you learn were instrumental in the decision. When we started SalesForce was not new to field services having leveraged ServiceMax on its platform as an ISV partner and partnering with Click Software prior to its purchase.However, there were competing products from Microsoft, Oracle, and IFS. During the evaluation, selection, and implementation of Salesforce Field Service our company and the SFS platform grew with each new release.
